GoToAssist is a program used by Internet Services, gives us the ability to see the customers desktop. This enables us to see first hand the issues that our users are experiencing.

Network Outage 1/9/08
Good afternoon,
Today around 12PM we started experiencing power outages at the Datacenter. The power troubles caused all primary services to go down. We were able to get the power and services back on line at ~2:00PM.
We will be doing some maintenance this Saturday (1/12/08) from 6AM till 10AM to clean up the temporary bypass and add measures to make sure this does not occur again. We may experience temporary outages during this time.
