GoToAssist is a program used by Internet Services, gives us the ability to see the customers desktop. This enables us to see first hand the issues that our users are experiencing.

Purchasing Software…What You Need to Know
Before purchasing software there are a couple of simple things that you need to check to be sure that your computer can accommodate the new software.
One of the first things to check is the type of operating system that you use. This can be found (for pc’s) by going to the start button located at the bottom left of your screen. When you click on the start button, you will notice on the left hand side what operating system you are using. (i.e. windows 2000 professional, Windows ME, Windows XP, etc.) Another way to find out about your operating system is by clicking once on MY COMPUTER from the desktop. Next, right click and choose PROPERTIES. The window that appears will list your operating system and service packs that have been installed. The next thing to check is the RAM, which is listed on the same screen.
